Now through April 19 students can donate t-shirts for the Tee Time fashion show hosted by Fashion, Inc.
This annual fashion show aims at giving designers an opportunity to create a new piece from a t-shirt, and then have their work modeled on the runway. This year, the program also coincides with Green Week, and has a goal of being environmentally friendly and using donated t-shirts.
Fashion, Inc. asks that organizations collect their leftover club t-shirts to be donated for the show, which will be held April 19 on the lawn of Doster. Each organization that donates t-shirts will be recognized at the show. Also, based on the number of shirts donated, the organization may win free tickets to the show.
Any t-shirts remaining after the show will be donated to charity or used to make other items to be donated. Items featured in the show will be available for purchase as well.
